In this session, I delve into the significance of having a strong personal brand and how it serves as a concrete expression of our intentions. I discuss the idea that our brand is not just about showing up strong for our current role or company, but it is about who we are, what we stand for, and the impact we wish to have in the world. The session emphasizes the importance of being intentional about the story we tell ourselves and others, as it shapes our reality and how we are perceived as leaders.

We actively create our reality through the stories that we tell. That means every day we wake up having a story in our mind about who we are, whether we are conscious about it or not. And that story becomes our intention. And that intention shapes our words, our actions and how we show up as a leader. Having a strong sense of brand gives us an intentional 'best version of our self' story to always be stepping into, and to be sharing with clarity and authenticity with those around us.
